Ma ei tea, kas boxi oodates oli igatsus niivõrd suureks kasvanud või mida, aga minu jaoks küll teine hooaeg teab mis nõrgem polnud. Frank Sobotka, kuradi sümpaatne vanamees.
See teise hooaja lõpumontaaž, taustaks mõmisemas Steve Earle, oli ikka hullult hea vaatamine. Industriaalmaastik päikeseloojangu soojades toonides, fckn awesome!
The Wire on enamus aega ülirealistlik, operaatorid ei mölla nii, et kisuvad endale tähelepanu; muusika tuleb tegevuse keskelt; karakterid on väga võrdselt head/halvad. Nii et iga hetk, kui toimub kerge eemaldumine sellest (Omar; Brother Mouzone; hooaegade lõpud), on väga hoolega väljateenitud ja efekt mitmekordne.
