• I think the choice makes perfect sense. Andy Bernard (Ed Helms) is similar in temperament, and naivete, to the branch's previous boss.
• I don't think Andy Bernard was the best choice, but that won't stop me from watching the show.
• I think it was a bad choice, and I would have preferred to see Jim Halpert (John Krasinski) get the job.
• I think it was a bad choice, and I would have preferred to see Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) get the job.
• I think it was a bad choice, and I would have preferred to see Darryl Philbin (Craig Robinson) get the job.
• They should have gone with an outside hire instead, such as Catherine Tate's character.
