Kindlasti jätkavad sama maailma, aga uue looga. Näiteks: "Potteri vanemate kooliaeg" või "Voldemorti sünd".

Kui aus olla, siis "Half-Blood Prince`i" rebooti vaataks hea meelega, kui just extended versioonis vajaka jäänud materjali ei kohta. Nii suures mahus nagu ta puudu oli seda kindlasti enam ei esine.

HBP-is keskenduti hullumeelse põhjalikkusega, kuidas Voldemort arenes ja võimule tõusis. Filmis oli sellest kõigest kokku ainult paar stseeni. Seepärast ongi HBP vat et kõige paeluvam lugemine seeriast. Seda hunnitut sünnilugu, mida Rowling pakkus, filmis põhimõtteliselt ei olnudki.
